Elaine Reasner was born and raised in Indy and still calls it home today. Her education at Ball State University earned her a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She also was a part of Pi Beta Phi sorority and was a member of Rho Lambda, a National Sorority Leadership Recognition Society.
She completed her degree by interning in the rehabilitation department at Riley Hospital for Children where she volunteered in the outpatient and inpatient centers. Elaine would shadow various business professionals such as physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Along with gaining a lot of exposure, she had the opportunity to build special bonds with children during her 4 month experience that will last a lifetime.
Since graduating college, Elaine earned her certification in Health and Wellness coaching. She most recently obtained her Zumba Instructor certification in August 2016.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends at their lake house, and enjoys a good book. The month of May is an exciting time of year for Elaine as Indy Car is a big hobby of hers.
DTS is a program structured around sound nutrition and an active lifestyle to achieve your ultimate weight and overall health goals. With weekly accountability meetings with a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, success is significantly greater than making self promises. We work to provide our clients with the tools they need to not only meet their own goals, but also to inspire to eat healthier, be more active, and identify the obstacles that hinder success.
DTS is overseen by multiple medical professionals and diagnostic blood work is implemented to address any physiological abnormalities that may prevent success. This is what makes our weight loss plan both unique and effective; it is customized and tailored to each client’s needs and expectations.

Brian Banister was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he took an early interest in food and nutrition in high school when he was a repeat state champion in the Indiana ProStart culinary competition.
This competition gained him scholarship money to study Culinary Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at Johnson & Wales University, attending both their Providence, RI and Denver, CO campuses. While in Denver, Brian had the opportunity to work with the Denver Broncos at their practice facility in Englewood, preparing nutritionally fit meals for the team and coaches.
Since returning to his home state, Brian now enjoys spending his free time playing guitar, reading, cooking for family and friends, and mentoring the current high school students who are competing in the same competition he was fortunate enough to win.
